So we’re back in North Bay after six long days and seven short nights in the forest city. I can’t imagine having a better recording experience. It’s funny how spending hour after hour cooped up in a studio can warp your concept of time. The 10 tracks we laid down are just about complete, and although there is still a lot of mixing to do, they are sounding excellent. Endless thanks to Andy Magoffin for his fantastic ear, his patience and his ability to keep the four of us on track, despite our pickiness, hyperness, tiredness, and constant idiotic “that’s what she said” jokes. If everything stays on schedule, it looks like the album will be complete and available by the beginning of April. We’ll keep you posted on the progress…

excited to hear the new album. come to Toronto again. It gives me an excuse to get out of the house and listen to some good music.
